Jo Ann joined the CPC team in January 2021 as the organization’s bookkeeper. A graduate of Shippensburg University, Jo Ann and her husband relocated to the Eastern Shore of Maryland to pursue career opportunities. During that time, she developed an interest in environmental issues, particularly in the areas of land and water management and the effects on the local waterways and the Chesapeake Bay. After retirement, Jo Ann worked part-time at the University of Maryland Wicomico County Extension Office. She and her husband recently returned to the Central Pennsylvania area.
