Join Central Pennsylvania Conservancy to celebrate the 3rd annual Pennsylvania Native Species Day in Juniata County. We’ll enjoy a relaxing walk at the Conservancy’s Greg’s Woods and Port Royal Wetland Preserves. These two preserves, located just off US 322 at the Port Royal/Rt. 75 intersection, are part of the Cedar Spring Run wetland complex and feature a number of native plant species. We’ll explore the the plant life, including invasive species. Songbird migration will be at it’s peak and we’ll identify birds by sight & sound. Dress for the outdoors, Binoculars are available for use, upon request.
