Fall Migration Hike

I voluntarily agree to participate in activities sponsored by the Central Pennsylvania Conservancy. I understand that the acts of being in or near water, trees, rocks and/or tools, in conjunction with this event pose inherent risks, and I agree to assume these risks. As consideration for being able to participate in this event, I agree to release the Central Pennsylvania Conservancy, their staff, officers, and volunteers from any claims, lawsuits, losses, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees) for personal injury or death or property damage resulting from participation in this event or related activities regardless of cause, including negligence. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Central Pennsylvania Conservancy and their respective employees, volunteers and officers for personal injury or death or property damage resulting from my participation in this event or related activities. I have read this agreement fully, and I understand it. I am aware that this agreement is binding on my heirs and my assigns and that I am releasing certain legal rights that I otherwise might have.
